I would like to thank everyone at Middlesex Veterinary Center for their kind, patient and incredibly professional care of our dog Mikey when he was having some sort of gastronomic stress and had stop beating for a few days. I could tell everyone cared about getting him on the mend and was highly concerned for his welfare. It was really nice to see people go the extra mile and do everything they could to help him. I highly recommend this place and everyone that works there.
Can't say enough good things! When our regular vet couldn't see our dog, who was limping badly, for over a week, I called. They were very helpful getting our 100+ lb, scaredy dog on the scale & through the office into an exam room. They were so gentle in handling him & were always talking to him in cheerful calming voices. That, and all the treats they plied him with, made for a quick and easy exam for all involved. This is not usually the case with our anxious pup.
We have been long time clients and have always been more than pleased with the care our dogs have received. We recently adopted a rescue, and took him this week for his first appointment. I loved how the Doctor and technician sat on the floor with Rafi to examine him. They could not have been gentler in his first appointment. They made good recommendations and listened to all our questions. There is a reason we keep going back.
Today I called regarding medication for my cat. The receptionist was so kind and ask me to hold. I was so surprised when the owner came on the phone to quell my concerns. I did not have an appointment and she took time away from her busy schedule to answer my questions.
She was so kind and knowledgeable. I would give six stars if I could.
We’ve always had a great experience with this office for our cats. They’re welcoming and informative and kind. We recently adopted two more kittens who had GI issues once they got to our home. They were wonderful acknowledging the rescues’ vet prescription so we could get more cans of the food that was helping get them back on track. Definitely recommend.
