In Case of Emergency

If you have an emergency during our regular business hours and are bringing your pet in for treatment, please call our office at 978-952-8500 in advance to ensure that there is a veterinarian on site and prepared to evaluate and treat your pet immediately. There also may be times when it is advisable to bring your pet directly to an emergency facility; in those instances, calling ahead will allow us to instruct you appropriately.

If you have an emergency outside of our regular business hours, we recommend that you contact one of the following emergency facilities; all are open 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, including holidays. It is always recommended that you call ahead to the facility.

Please be aware that veterinary specialists are typically available at emergency facilities during regular business hours. Usually a pet in an emergency situation will be admitted to the facility and it's condition stabilized until it is possible for a specialist (if needed) to evaluate and treat the animal.
